“It was a great experience. Thanks to God and to this family for allowing us to see this beauty. I came from Santa Ana, California. God bless all these people. Thank you, Juan Gabriel.”
“A one-of-a-kind experience!! I always dreamed of seeing a Juan Gabriel concert, and life never allowed it. For his last concert I thought about going, but I couldn’t, and I felt sad. I figured he’d surely return the next year—and days later he passed away. Being here in his home and feeling his presence finally closes that dream of one day seeing him live. Today was so much more than that. Thank you, Juan Gabriel, for fulfilling the dream of a girl who dreamed of meeting you in person.”

12. Visitors may take photos and video in the museum gardens. Out of respect for the artist’s work and collection, photos and audio/video recordings are not permitted inside the museum rooms.
13. When entering the indoor rooms, visitors are asked to place all mobile devices or any other camera-equipped device in an anti-recording pouch provided by the museum. The pouch will be removed at the end of the tour.

22. Because the museum is home to Zeus, Luna, and Amigo—Belgian Shepherds—service animals are not permitted to enter.
